Well, it's 159.8 today. I am just hanging around 160, which means I've lost a whole seven pounds. I go through major phases where I wonder how important this really is to me, and if I really want to lose weight or not. I just don't really know right now.

Loralee, 7 lbs is a big accomplishment.
Go to the store and pick up 7 1 lb packages of butter. That is what is OFF YOUR BODY right now!
My dr. has a blob of faux fat (5 lbs worth) in her office. It's huge and gross.
You've done your body good already.
Shoot for a 10% loss of your body weight (proven to have instant health benefits) and see how you feel. If you are happy, then you are done. If not, find that happy balance between food and exercise and time to get you to your happy place.
We are peas in a pod...I love my food. What is life without good food? Totally boring!
