Mother's Day Bake Sale

Well I am finished with school, I slept for one whole night and I am ready for the next thing. And the next thing is that Jason has officially started on his mission papers and it's time for our next bake sale!  I had considered postponing the sale due to exhaustion, but I think I have recovered sufficiently to move forward. :-)

This week's sale is all about breakfast!  After all it is Mother's Day next weekend, and wouldn't it be nice to have some delicious—and already prepared—breakfast to give her while she lounges in her room?
So we will have home-made English muffins, a variety of regular muffins, some cinnamon-raisin bread, and  more of our "Artisan" bacon bread. Yum! And if you order ahead you can get these ready-to-bake breakfast delights:

Coffee Cake
Rich, tender dough filled with cream cheese and your choice of blueberry or raspberry filling, and topped with streusel—delicious!  These will be prepared and ready for you to bake for Mom's special breakfast.

Blueberry-Stuffed French Toast
 A fancy-schmancy, yummy, rich, bed-and-breakfast-style dish, full of blueberries and creamy deliciousness. Ready to be baked in a 9 x 9-inch tin.

And . . . Maybe it's not all about breakfast!  We will also have desserts for pre-ordering!

Triple Chocolate Cheesecake
 Creamy, white-chocolate cheesecake in a chocolate-hazelnut crust, topped with rich choclate ganache.  Decadent!
